About Crossville Station

Crossville Station is a private residence condominium development established in 1982. It is conveniently located one block west of the intersection of State Highway 92 and Crabapple Road, on Great Oaks Lane, which is a cul-de-sac street. Crossville Station is located virtually in the heart of Roswell, Georgia, in North Fulton County, near shopping, restaurants, great schools, within walking distance of the sprawling Roswell City Park and convenient to the historic and popular Canton Street District. Alpharetta, Woodstock, Marietta and a number of other North Fulton area communities are only a short drive away.

The Crossville Station development contains a total of 15 buildings which appear at first to be large individual homes. However, 13 of the buildings actually contain 4 condominium units each with the 2 other buildings located on the left and right of the entry to the development being duplexes for a total of 56 units. There are 4 different floor plans ranging in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms, a number of which have masters on the main, with approximately 1,200 to 1,800 square feet each depending on the floor plan.

There is no third party management company involved at Crossville Station.  The community is self-managed by the Crossville Station Condominium Owners Association (COA). There are 5 Board of Director positions, each elected by the 56 owners. The COA Board meets monthly (Owners are invited) and circulates COA Board Meeting Minutes and a financial report to all Owners/Residents soon after each meeting.

As is the case with most all condo and homeowner associations, Crossville Station maintains a set of Declarations, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations that apply to all homeowners. These documents provide the specifics regarding ownership and association responsibilities.

Monthly COA dues cover exterior building maintenance, lawn and grounds service, termite, miscellaneous pest coverage, and property insurance for each building from the studs out.  Utilities and interior insurance coverage are the responsibility of each individual condo unit owner. Garbage pickup is provided by the City of Roswell and occurs every Thursday, including both garbage and recycle items. An exception is holidays, which are scheduled and announced ahead of time by the city.

The owners and Board members of Crossville Station are proud of our quiet little neighborhood and we welcome you!
